Job Title: Paid Media Strategy Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Strategy Lead to join our team. As a Paid Media Strategy Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital media strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital media plans that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies across various platforms, including social media, search, and display.
  • Oversee digital media execution to ensure accurate and timely campaign launch, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact across digital campaigns.
  • Utilize audience demographic profiles to inform campaign development and optimizations.
  • Guide high-level optimizations and strategies to improve the digital impact of campaigns.
  • Oversee reporting and insights organization and client communication in collaboration with strategy and other media leads.
  • Train and support junior digital specialists throughout the campaign planning and execution process.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in paid media.
  • Strong social media expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop digital plans that are tailored to specific industries or projects.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to organize tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to optimize digital and paid social campaigns.
  • Understanding of audience demographic profiles and the ability to apply this knowledge to campaign development and optimizations.
  • Proven track record in managing the development of a team.
