Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and communication strategies that align with marketing objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication of social media updates.
- Generate compelling text, image, and video content for various social media platforms.
- Address comments and customer inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and analyze feedback and online reviews across multiple social media channels.
- Organize and engage in events to foster community relations and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Work closely with data analysts to provide monthly and quarterly performance reports and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including organic and sentiment analysis as well as competitive insights.
- Conduct social listening to gauge community sentiment.
- Collaborate with social strategy, account management, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment across social media channels.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital technology.
- Analyze daily conversations surrounding the brand.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess brand performance and achieve client KPIs.
Background & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Community Management.
- Familiarity with best practices in social media formats and tone.
- Ability to identify and track key community metrics.
- Proficient in social listening tools and digital reporting.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Understanding of the entertainment industry and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing community management strategies.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
