Social Media Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Sagan. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our online presence across multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and values, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Brand Engagement: Engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
  • Strategy Execution: Analyze our social media performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Platform Management: Optimize our social media posts and campaigns to meet business objectives, and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Video Editing: Repurpose content from YouTube into smaller, engaging pieces for other platforms, and create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analytics: Track and report on our social media performance, and provide insights to inform our marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in social media management, with a strong track record of success in creating and implementing social media strategies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with our audience and build a strong brand voice.
  • Content Creation Skills: Experience with content creation, including writing, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze social media performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
