About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at TOP Thought Leader. As a key member of our content production team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a content calendar that showcases our brand's unique voice and perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text captions, videos, and images.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure consistency and maximize engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and building relationships with influencers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand's voice and identity.
Requirements
  • Deep Knowledge of Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in creating engaging content on various social media platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Brand Voice and Identity: Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity into digital content.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
