Key Responsibilities

Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the creative vision, selecting key messages and designing campaign mechanics for maximum brand visibility and effectiveness. Campaign Management: Establish, monitor, and assess Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout campaigns to ensure strategic goals are achieved and provide insights for enhancements. Team Collaboration: Support Content and Community Management teams, ensuring their initiatives align with strategic objectives. Data Analysis: Evaluate and interpret data from various analytical and monitoring tools to continuously enhance social media accounts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams including Data, Brand Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, and Operations to implement comprehensive strategies and reach shared objectives.

Requirements

Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in Google Suite, Miró, Slido, and Jira. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across various disciplines. Previous experience in managing social media strategies and campaigns. Ability to swiftly adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.

Background & Skills

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy or a related position. Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that enhance engagement and meet business objectives. Certifications or training in relevant social media management tools and analytics platforms are advantageous.
