About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Named Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, Inc.


Job Overview
  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Spanish, and have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within assigned territories.
  2. Sales Pipeline Development: Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  3. Customer Relationship Building: Nurture and expand the company's relationship within customer accounts.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  5. Product Knowledge and Support: Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  6. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competition, driven issues, and products.
  8. Effective Communication: Practice excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
  9. Professional Development: Participate in team‐building and company‐growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
  10. Travel Requirements: Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting).
  • Languages: Proficient in both English and Spanish is required. Ability to communicate at a business level, both verbal and written.
  • Sales Achievements: Outstanding salesperson with a desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • Channel Development: Experience with building, developing, and growing channel life cycles.
  • Tech Expertise: Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred.
