The Total Rewards Senior Analyst is a key player in the analysis, implementation, and operations of global mobility, recognition, and total rewards philosophies and programs, policies, and structures for the global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support global mobility and recognition, including program support, data management, and case logging.
- Design and develop analytical models to assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing and proposed mobility and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to develop and manage global processes and encourage consistent application of all service offerings.
- Support Global Mobility, Recognition and broader Total Rewards and Wellbeing team with various projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years previous experience in human resources or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credible, trusting relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and problem-solve in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in use of MS Office suite of tools.
