Main Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and present relevant information on the salary market to support decision-making.
- Participate in the salary review process, ensuring internal consistency and external competitiveness.
- Collaborate in the development and monitoring of salary budgets.
- Conduct analysis to ensure internal equity/consistency in salary and benefit offerings.
- Calculate and manage variable payments such as annual bonuses.
- Research and assist in the administration of employee benefit programs.
- Generate and analyze reports on costs related to compensation and benefits.
- Support in coordinating and managing compensation and benefits aspects in relocation processes.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Operations team on changes in compensation and benefits.
- Utilize the Jira platform for data management and tracking of Compensation and Benefits-related projects.
- Provide necessary information and support for audits related to compensation and benefits.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of previous experience in similar roles, preferably in compensation and benefits.
- Significant knowledge of LATAM markets, with extensive experience proven in the Argentinean market.
- Strong knowledge of human resources management systems and analytical tools.
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
