About the Role

The High Flow Vendor Management Organization is responsible for extended workforce needs across our organization. This includes extended workforce strategy, vendor partner selection, governance, and operations and performance management.

We are focused on partnering closely with the businesses we support to achieve proactive issue resolution and value creation.

As a key member of the Strategy Enablement function, you will play a crucial role in enabling the execution of our Cloud VMO strategy.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Support, Sales, and Engineering, along with central functions such as Procurement and Finance, to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and operational excellence to realize that strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement and create a great work environment for our extended workforce teams while minimizing risk
  • Enable the execution of the Cloud VMO strategy through data-driven insights and strategic enablers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in extended workforce operations
  • Experience in business planning, enterprise reporting, data visualization, workforce planning, and budget management
  • Experience executing global delivery transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing automation of workforce management, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience with the Google Workspace suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Knowledge of SQL, Google Data Studio, and other data visualization tools
