This Business Development Representative role focuses on lead generation and relationship-building in the hospitality and corporate gifting industries. You will target interior designers who specify textiles for hotel projects, identifying and engaging prospective clients to develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the hospitality and corporate gifting industries
  • Conduct customized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Use Pipedrive (CRM) to track outreach and manage leads
  • Build relationships with interior designers and design organizations
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Ops Director to refine the outreach strategy

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales or business development experience (preferably in B2B or high-end product sales)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred), Slack, and Slab
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
