We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Program Manager to join our team at buscojobs España. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our affiliate programs, building relationships with affiliates, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with at least 1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:- Manage affiliate programs to drive revenue growth
- Built relationships with affiliates and negotiate contracts
- Maintain affiliate websites and monitor for fraudulent activity
- Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets
- Coordinate with the creative team to prepare conversion promo materials
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (at least B2 level)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Knowledge of affiliate networks
