We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Market Operations team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. As a key member of our Growth Operations sub-team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance the implementation of our technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Identify and Evaluate New Business Opportunities**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential partners that align with our growth strategy.
  • **Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies**: Support the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans to drive business growth and enhance the implementation of our technology.
  • **Build and Maintain Strong Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to drive business growth and enhance the implementation of our technology.
  • **Prepare and Present Proposals**: Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, presentations, and business cases to stakeholders and partners.
  • **Monitor and Report Progress**: Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities, providing regular updates to the Business Development Manager.
About You
  • **5+ Years of Relevant Experience**: You have 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in high-performance environments.
  • **Fluent in Spanish and English**: You are fully fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience, with a strong growth mindset and a bias toward action.
  • **Adaptable and Comfortable with a Fast-Paced Environment**: You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.
  • **Based in Buenos Aires**: You are based in Buenos Aires and are ready to travel across South Cone (Argentina, Chile, Peru).
