Role Summary
The Global Services Team Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
This role requires a proactive and patient individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide guidance and solutions to internal customers on general queries.
- Respond to internal and external queries within the Service Level Agreement.
- Gather and document relevant information for escalation to higher-level support teams as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ticketing system is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail, a high level of organization, and strong follow-up skills.
- Adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with minimum supervision.
