As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and communicating monthly growth targets, identifying red flags, and leading strategic projects to achieve specific business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Understand the ins and outs of each area of KAVAK

Communicate effectively with multiple team leads to achieve growth targets

Analyze data to find opportunities and roadblocks

Replicate KAVAK's Culture and lead by example

Requirements

Leadership and stakeholder management

Executional excellence

Strategic thinking

Analytics

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary

Qualifications

BA in a quantitative field

Experience leading projects hands-on with diverse teams

Experience in marketing preferred

Experience building a company preferred
