Eco Plus Solutions AB is a leading company in the industry, and we are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team.

Estimated Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 EUR per year

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and tactics that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our range of products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and unique features to drive interest and sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, follow up diligently on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.
