As a key member of the Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of vendor invoices and expense report reimbursements, while also maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

About the Role:

  • You will validate and process external vendor invoices and expense report reimbursements in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • You will facilitate electronic and manual payments to vendors within SAP and coordinate bank payment releases with In-Market Business Partners
  • You will conduct periodic reviews of invoices blocked for payment and facilitate their release according to agreed payment terms
  • You will participate in the Accounts Payable end-to-end process to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments in line with agreed payment terms and within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • You will perform monthly review and reconciliation of Advances, Deposits, and Accounts Payable accounts
  • You will prepare and generate reports as necessary
  • You will coordinate with different stakeholders and clients to resolve incidents and ensure business requirements are being met
  • You will provide feedback on observed opportunities for improvement to Supervisors throughout the entire AP process
