We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Paid Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and spearhead our social media lead generation efforts.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing data-driven social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and generates qualified leads.
- Managing campaign budgets and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.
- Analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
To be successful, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in a lead generation company operating in the US.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to create compelling and results-oriented ad copy and visuals.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the home improvement industry and a strong eye for design.
