Buscamos un DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST cuya responsabilidad será liderar y optimizar las operaciones de marketing digital, asegurando la implementación eficiente de herramientas tecnológicas, la automatización de procesos, y la organización del flujo de información.
Este rol será clave en la ejecución y gestión de campañas, la segmentación de audiencias, asignación de presupuestos para agencias de SEM, SEO & Paid media y la coordinación entre áreas con el objetivo de generar demanda para nuestro cliente.
Además, será responsable del análisis de datos y la generación de informes de resultados, con el objetivo de desarrollar nuevas estrategias de marketing y gestionar proyectos digitales de manera efectiva.
Funciones del puesto: Desarrollar y mantener un plan de marketing digital en todos los canales (email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM).Gestión de campañas: Optimizar los resultados de las campañas mediante ajustes continuos y segmentación precisa de usuarios.
Asignar y gestionar presupuestos de campaña de manera eficiente.Marketing Ops: Identificar y seleccionar las herramientas tecnológicas más adecuadas para las necesidades de marketing digital.
Configurar integraciones y automatizar todos los procesos relacionados con las campañas de marketing.
Organizar y gestionar el flujo de información entre diferentes sistemas y plataformas.
Elaborar reportes que permitan la medición de las campañas.Coordinar y gestionar las agencias de paid media, & SEO/SEM, analizar datos para extraer insights valiosos y realizar análisis detallados de rendimiento.
Elaborar informes de resultados y presentar recomendaciones basadas en datos para la optimización continua.Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre equipos internos y externos.Requisitos: +2 años de experiencia en puestos similares: Gestión de estrategia de paid media, configuración de flujos de campañas de marketing entre plataformas, seteo de campañas en Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, email marketing.Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos como Excel, PowerBi, Tableau o similares.Profundo conocimiento de herramientas y plataformas de marketing digital, como Google Analytics, Google Ads, herramientas de automatización de marketing (por ejemplo, HubSpot, Marketo), y sistemas de gestión de contenidos (CMS).Conocimiento avanzado de SEO, PPC, marketing en redes sociales, marketing de contenido y estrategias de inbound marketing.+1 año de experiencia en configuración de integraciones y automatización de procesos de marketing.
Gestión de campañas de paid media/Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads.Conocimiento de Google Workspace o Microsoft Office Suite.Conocimiento de herramientas de project management (Notion, Asana, Jira, etc).Estudios: Graduado/a de la carrera de Marketing, Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas, Informática o afines (Excluyente).Inglés: Intermedio.Locación: Argentina, Colombia (Bogotá), México (CMDX)
