Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously improve support processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (C1-C2 levels).
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with customer support platforms and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
