Your key responsibilities:



  • Deliver prompt and professional support via phone, email, and chat
  • Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet and exceed team performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care
  • Apply best practices in customer satisfaction and happiness
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services

Your success factors:



  • Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection
