Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and professional support via phone, email, and chat
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet and exceed team performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care
- Apply best practices in customer satisfaction and happiness
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
Your success factors:
- Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1 level or higher)
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection
