The Role
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide dedicated support to our Sales, Customer Care, and Delivery teams.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Offer specialized support to customers via various channels (phone, email, or live chat) to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Assist with the completion of purchases and address any post-collection issues with compassion and understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Capture feedback from customers to improve our services.
