About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Percona. As a key member of our Service Desk Team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for technical issues, ensuring our staff has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties efficiently. Your primary focus will be on handling Service Desk tickets, resolving technical issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle Service Desk tickets, providing timely and effective resolution to technical issues

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures

* Develop and maintain documentation for staff self-service and internal use

* Provide training and support for new hires and staff on Service Desk processes and procedures

* Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
