Job Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist - Contract Administration will provide presales and maintenance support to Lenovo Sales Reps and Business Partner Reps (BP Reps) in support of customers. This role is responsible for the high-level tasks of contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Creation and Management
  • Validation of Terms and Conditions
  • Contract Maintenance and Renewals
  • Contract Registration and Reporting
  • Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
  • Solution Design and Configuration
  • SOW Preparation and Audit Ready Documentation

Requirements:

  • 3 years of contract administration experience
  • Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Customer Satisfaction and Escalation Management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks
