Job Title: Turkish Customer Support for Online Video Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Turkish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general and technical support to customers using our client's paid products.
  • Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in Turkish (C2) and minimum B2 Level English spoken and written.
  • European Nationality or Portuguese Work Permit.
  • Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit.
  • Be organized and able to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Ability to handle customer emotions and empathize with clients' cases.
