The estimated salary for this position is up to $4000 USD per month, depending on experience. The role is designed to be remote, working Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).

This is a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner to the CEO, refining business strategies and addressing high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisor
    • Refine business strategies and address high-priority initiatives in collaboration with the CEO.
    • Assist in decision-making processes by providing data, analysis, and insights.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee and manage key cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Solve bottlenecks and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and other teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings and help drive alignment across teams.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Optimize the CEO's time and implement systems to improve organizational efficiency.
    • Implement systems and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency.
  • Executive Support
    • Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and executing business priorities.
    • Provide ad hoc support on critical matters, from business analysis to operational execution.
  • Team Leadership
    • Partner with senior executives and department heads to ensure strategic alignment and drive leadership across teams.
    • Mentor and lead special projects teams as required.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or project management role, ideally in consulting, strategy, operations, or as an executive assistant to senior leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office.
