About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Ambassador to join our team at Abroad Work. As a senior member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a positive first impression to every guest through a welcoming individual greeting and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- To nurture a lasting connection with every passenger by always showing genuine interest during service and remaining fully engaged throughout the meal.
- To create a comfortable and elegant ambiance by preparing table settings and maintaining service stations in line with all Company standards.
- To consistently deliver food and beverages as requested, promptly, in the correct service order, and follow up to ensure each guest's needs have been met.
- To suggest solutions to any issues and maximize wine and beverage sales by invitingly offering suitable choices.
- To encourage and support the growth, engagement, and development of junior team members by providing targeted coaching and training in all aspects of the role.
