About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist to support the Credit Solutions Market Development team, focused on RatingsXpress. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the head of pricing for RatingsXpress and senior team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide research & analysis support to Product Management to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage internal business workflows and streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our organization's systems and applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilitate pricing analysis, pricing enhancements, and pricing approvals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsible for documenting and ensuring pricing conforms to the organization's objectives and policies.

What We're Looking For:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical function of the Credit Solutions business. You will work across business groups, including market development, product management, commercial, and operations. You will have the ability to surface actionable insights through the analysis of data and leverage technology to improve existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related subject.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM databases (1-2 years of relevant experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of finance, financial markets, and our company.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and possesses strong critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to synthesize information for presentation to senior management.
