We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team in Palermo and Nuñez, Buenos Aires.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
Support to CEO:
- Assist the CEO with travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and any last-minute changes.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering a positive office culture.
- Collaborate with various departments to support projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours availability to support the CEO.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
