Job Overview

PSI is seeking a highly skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full cycle recruitment process on a regional scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting, with experience in the Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to the position and media platforms.
  • Proactively source potential candidates via job boards and social media.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements.
  • Organize, conduct, and report on first-stage interviews and testing of job candidates.
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits benchmark for each job position.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and recruitment needs.
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Sufficient experience in sourcing and recruiting.
  • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with implementation of different recruitment methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
