Amministratore Commerciale Senior

Un'azienda consolidata nel settore delle Rinnovabili sta ampliando e rafforzando la sua struttura commerciale per rispondere adeguatamente alla crescente domanda. Siamo alla ricerca di un Amministratore Commerciale Senior che verrà inserito nell'area Commerciale, responsabile per seguire e fidelizzare i clienti esistenti, sviluppare commercialmente i prodotti dell'azienda e acquisire nuovi clienti.
Mansioni:
- Sviluppo commerciale dei prodotti dell'azienda
- Prospezione dalle liste fornite dall'azienda o da canali sviluppati in autonomia
- Visite mirate ed organizzate a clienti e potenziali clienti sul proprio territorio
- Coodinamento con l'azienda per le trattative e l'acquisizione di contratti
- Fidelizzazione dei clienti acquisiti
Inizierà anche un percorso di carriera fino ad arrivare alla qualifica di Manager Regionale con assunzione. Il percorso di carriera avviene attraverso l'ampliamento della propria rete utilizzando le candidature che verranno fornite dall'azienda.
Requisiti:
- Comprovata esperienza e/o attitudine alla vendita
- Ottime doti commerciali, capacità di mediazione
- Automunito
- Orientamento al risultato, buoni rapporti interpersonali, orientamento al cliente
- Capacità di lavoro autonomo, doti organizzative, velocità di apprendimento

L'azienda prevede un compenso mensile di circa €32.000, comprensivo di bonus a prestazione. L'azienda garantisce anche corsi di formazione continua per migliorare le competenze e favorire la crescita professionale.
