Prospecting Specialist for Brokerkit Leads

Job Description: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing technology and data for outbound prospecting and inbound leads. This includes implementing tech solutions for optimal lead generation, overseeing and optimizing lead generation campaigns, and integrating new lead sources into customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Implement tech solutions for optimal lead generation and seamless integration with existing systems
- Use research tools to build prospect lists, supplement databases, and maintain lead databases
- Oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for Brokerkit and individual accounts
- Monitor lead progress within the CRM, initiate task-based alerts for appointment readiness
- Integrate new lead sources into customer accounts
- Generate concise weekly reports for Brokerkit prospecting and monthly reports for each account
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year lead generation experience
- Proficient in tech-savvy lead generation and campaign management
- Organized researcher, identifying high-potential outbound leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, and motivated to uncover new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
- Adept at leveraging data and analytics for lead-generation strategies
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment and independently
- Thrives in a highly competitive environment
