Position Overview: As a Lead Qualification Specialist, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying essential information on potential leads from various databases and sources.
Your role will be critical in the lead generation process, ensuring that all leads are qualified and meet the criteria for further engagement by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Position Responsibilities:
Lead Information Gathering:Extract and compile lead information from databases such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Sales Nav, and other company databases.Gather contact information, company details, and other relevant data for potential leads.Company Verification:Verify the existence and legitimacy of the company using multiple resources.Ensure that the company fits the ideal customer profile (ICP).Lead Qualification:Conduct thorough research on each lead using LinkedIn, the company's website, Google, and other tools.Assess the company's size, number of employees, industry, and current IT practices.Identify and verify the key decision-makers within the company, particularly those responsible for IT decisions.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads in the HubSpot CRM System.Regularly update and clean the database to remove outdated or incorrect information.Communication:Collaborate with the SDR to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and techniques for lead qualification.Provide feedback on the lead generation process and suggest improvements.Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience in lead generation, data gathering, or a related field is a plus.Strong research skills and familiarity with databases such as Apollo and LinkedIn.Excellent attention to detail and ability to verify and qualify leads accurately.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, focusing on B2B sales and lead generation.Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.Experience with modern digital marketing tools and platforms.Salary: $800 to $1,500 USD per month
