We are seeking an experienced Product Lead Specialist to join our team at Rappi. As a key member of our category management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through the development of long-term strategies and the analysis of industry trends. Your expertise in category management, marketing, and sales will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
You will work closely with our marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities, and collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories. Your analytical mind and strategic ability will be essential in making informed decisions and driving business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have knowledge of the retail industry and negotiations, as well as experience in similar roles. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Spanish are also required.
