Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and driving member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from members, providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Account Review: Conduct thorough reviews of member accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Transaction Processing: Process various transactions, including loans, cards, and digital services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management and other teams to address complex issues, share knowledge, and drive process improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
