Global Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to join our team at Globibo, a leading Conference Technology Company and International Language Service & Training Provider.
About Our RoleThis role will be responsible for driving new businesses and building a pool of clients across various industries and segments. You will play a key part in extending our sales outreach, identifying new leads, and establishing relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Management
- Research organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential markets
- Identify the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/decision-makers
- Contact potential clients via email and cold calls with customized value offerings to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Horizontal sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients
- Consistent outreach and building relationships with VIP clients
- Opportunity Management & Conversion
- Meet potential clients with exciting proposals and industry updates
- Contact clients to inform them about new developments in our products
- Prepare quotations and negotiate effectively
- Review technical requirements and determine feasibility/pricing
- Support customers with project information
- Establish long-term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services
- Service & Delivery
- Plan event resources and coordinate preparation
- Communicate internally and externally for event planning
- Supervise onsite delivery of event logistics
- Collaborate with our technical and subject experts across services, work in tandem with a supportive operations team
Successful candidates must have a strong background in corporate sales (B2B) or project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer.
Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
