**Job Overview**

Sagan is an exclusive membership community connecting top executives, founders, and CEOs with international talent. We bridge the gap between global professionals and US-based businesses.

We are seeking a Business Development Ambassador to acquire and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for phone and email sales, researching customer contact information, and collaborating with the marketing team to craft marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone and email outreach to prospective customers
  • Research and acquire customer contact information to build relationships
  • Craft marketing offerings and strategies for phone and email outreach
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and facilitate product delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales and product delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The salary range for this position is up to $2500 USD per month, depending on experience and performance. This is a remote opportunity with a flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
