Overview:
In a rapidly evolving industry, maintaining exceptional customer relationships is crucial for success. Our Client Success Managers play a vital role in fostering enduring partnerships with our clients, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs and a tailored approach to relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Avature's offerings, including upcoming features.
  • Navigate intricate client structures, swiftly grasping their business goals and how Avature can support them.
  • Promote client retention, growth, and advocacy, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
  • Uphold Avature's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Daily Activities:
  • Oversee a curated portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct regular quarterly business reviews with each client.
  • Continuously assess client health and solution utilization to suggest relevant enhancements.
  • Manage change request initiatives: evaluate needs, collaborate internally with relevant teams, facilitate communication, and ensure project delivery.
  • Hold periodic discussions with clients to review ongoing projects, assess client health, and explore enhancements and new features pertinent to them.
  • Advise clients on best practices and processes that will drive their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about new system functionalities and their applications.
Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to align specific Avature solutions with each client's business objectives.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and eager to explore potential solutions for challenges without predefined answers.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing a diverse range of client activities.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large multinational corporations.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS environments is highly regarded.
