Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Multilingual Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our operations, from sourcing and screening candidates to account management and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote Sagan's brand and services.
  • Account Management: Provide account management support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Operational Strategy Development: Work closely with leadership to develop and refine operational processes and strategies.
  • Team Facilitation: Facilitate communication between different teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse effectively with all team members and leadership.
  • Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Experience developing and implementing SOPs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

  • Experience in startups.
  • Experience managing teams of 30+ employees.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly, especially no-code platforms.
  • Excellent English language skills.
