About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Software Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients, understanding their business objectives and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our software solutions, including implementation, training, and ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in software sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
