- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain effective pipeline management systems to ensure seamless project execution.
- Capturing and maintaining opportunities, projects in the dedicated system: Accurately capture and manage opportunities and projects within our dedicated system.
- Support with technical implementation in respective tools: Provide technical support for the implementation of various tools and systems.
- Support in pricing, budgeting, and forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate pricing, budgeting, and forecasting information.
- Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients: Conduct regular analyses and evaluations of client services and projects.
- Preparation of complex settlements: Prepare complex settlements in accordance with established procedures.
- Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping: Process billing activities including invoice creation and shipping coordination.
- Support in dunning processes: Assist with dunning processes to ensure timely payment from clients.
- Creation of interfirm statements: Generate interfirm statements as required.
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management:
- Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process: Facilitate the initiation of the PACE & AML process within our system.
- Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information within our CRM database.
- Setup Engagement Code: Configure engagement codes as needed.
- Provide process-related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting): Analyze and report on ongoing projects to identify areas for improvement.
- You will be in close cooperation with stakeholders to handle ad-hoc business requirements; Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices; Stay connected with the business and functional experts;

To qualify for the role, you must have
- You are fluent in German language (written and oral);
