Technical Support Specialist

The IT Admin will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal users, as well as managing and maintaining our internal systems and processes. This includes:
- Providing Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal users, resolving issues promptly.
- Managing and maintaining all company internal SaaS systems, ensuring their availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize processes (ticketing, integrations), enhance system efficiency, and implement best practices.
Teamwork and Communication
The IT Admin will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve their technical needs in a timely fashion. This includes working closely with the Infosec Department regarding cybersecurity and audit preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Information Technology/Computer Science).
- 3+ years of experience in System Administration or SaaS Operation.
- Good knowledge of Office 365, Okta, and MDM platforms.
