**Job Summary**: We are seeking an English language expert to join our team as a work-from-home customer service representative. The successful candidate will provide top-notch phone support to customers while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities:*
- Provide empathetic and professional phone support to customers
- Analyze customer issues and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
**Requirements:**
- Advanced English language skills (90%) and Spanish speaker
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Base salary of 2,420,000 COP
