Technical Support Specialist

We are a multinational company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
As a Technical Support Specialist at SupportYourApp, you will be part of our team of experts who provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written), experience in customer service, analytical and research skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a positive and responsible attitude.
You will also need to have a personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
