Job Overview: As a Marketing Assistant - Lead Generation, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts and managing the customer journey to optimize acquisition and retention. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategic sales funnels, create engaging content, and execute campaigns across social media and Shopify platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel
  • Manage targeted lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools to refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design basic visuals and short videos/reels using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance social media presence
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization for Shopify stores, including meta tags, alt text, and site architecture
  • Create SEO-optimized content such as product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages that align with the brand voice and target audience

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing, proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys, proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io, detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong social media management and basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite), and experience working in the packaging or restaurant industry is a plus.
