**Job Role**

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Tekton Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating, identifying, and qualifying potential leads, setting appointments for the sales team, and nurturing relationships with prospects within the North America Region.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to determine the best approach for each lead and opportunity.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and demos with prospects to further build relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
