Business Development Position

We are looking for a seasoned BDM who can drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and develop strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase revenue and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance and make projections.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in control and/or isolation valves.
  • Automation, electronic, chemical, mechanical, industrial or related engineer and/or industrial automation technician with sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally up to 50% of the time.
