Your MissionWe're seeking a seasoned Growth Manager to lead our CRM efforts and drive subscription and in-app purchase growth through data-driven campaigns.
You will work closely with the cross-functional product team to plan, design, and execute campaigns across various user segments, defining our CRM strategy and developing growth tactics.
A successful candidate will be someone who's practically a pro at diving into data to define user segments, designing visually appealing campaigns, and developing growth tactics that are both innovative and effective.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end delivery process from planning to building and delivering CRM campaigns.
- Define concepts, design CRM campaigns, and coordinate creative content design of associated materials.
- Bring a test-and-learn approach to CRM, executing plans based on lifecycle, user value, and more.
- Define and analyse user segments and create custom optimisation plans.
- Collaborate with the Experimentation Lead on measurement, experimentation, and analysis.
- Extensive experience as a Growth Manager or CRM Manager focusing on customer relationship marketing and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand user behaviour.
- Experience with A/B testing in digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze, Leanplum, MoEngage, or Iterable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working on online dating, social discovery, community, or entertainment products.
- Conversation rate optimisation (CRO) expertise.
- Copywriting for marketing or sales communications.
- Design tool proficiency, such as Figma.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
