Global Events Coordinator

Job Overview
The Events Administrator plays a vital role in IQVIA's Brand & Creative Studio team, supporting the Global Events Team in managing their projects.
This position requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with responsibility for setting up event tools, preparing presentations, and providing general support across the team.
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual who can effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain excellent communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in events administration, working closely with the Director, Global Events, and contributing to the success of our global events program.
Essential Responsibilities
- Set up Cvent registration websites for event registration
- Prepare PowerPoint decks to support event research and offerings to internal clients
- Manage printing and branded merchandise orders
- Gather speaker information as guided
- Book project calls, take call notes, and circulate in a timely manner
- Work with vendors including: venue finders, venues, suppliers, AV companies, etc
- Support delegate communications and responding to queries
- Manage team mailboxes
- Event project management support
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education
- Degree in Events, Hospitality, or Business Administration would be advantageous but not essential
- 3 years' related experience in event administration
