POSITION OVERVIEW

The Finance division is seeking a dedicated team member to oversee daily operations related to ISBN Collections. Through a unified platform, the SAP Business Network equips organizations with essential tools to facilitate smooth transactions, enhance existing buyer-supplier partnerships, discover new business prospects, and achieve significant cost savings—enabling them to attain genuine eCommerce success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support operational functions of the SAP Business Network while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Engage directly with clients and manage the collection of overdue receivables.
  • Process and track legal billing activities.
  • Coordinate consolidated invoicing and collections for key suppliers.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team (finance, engineering, IT, sales) to enhance the management of outstanding receivables.
  • Monitor and assess overall performance metrics for the segment.
  • Lead global initiatives aimed at improving collections processes.
  • Manage business cases with visibility to senior management and the CFO's office.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in credit and/or collections (preferred) or experience within Finance Operations teams.
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Proactive work ethic and strong initiative.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Capability to adopt a holistic view of the business in relation to requests.
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written English (mandatory).
