**Tareas y responsabilidades**: Generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con nuestros clientes, fidelizar y desarrollarlos, asegurando la adopción del portafolio de soluciones digitales que ofrece nuestra compañía. Focalizar acciones comerciales en búsqueda de crosseling y up-selling en cartera. Identificar, desarrollar y elaborar propuestas, realizando venta consultiva. Gestionar reuniones y generar contactos con los principales interlocutores de cada cliente (áreas decisoras: Gerencia y C-Level). Tener fuerte conocimiento de la industria financiera y realizar el análisis de mercado que permitan generar estrategias según objetivos. Identificar y comprender la problemática de la industria: normativa Banco Central de cada país (AR, PY, BO, PE y UY), níveles de bancarización e incorporación de servicios financieros, limitantes tecnológicas, etc. Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial idónea para cada cliente.

La posición está enfocada en una persona con fuerte experiência Farmer, con el objetivo de generar y acompañar el crecimiento del negocio, desarrollando el área comercial a nível regional.
**Requisitos**:
+4 años de experiência en venta consultiva B2B y B2C ( EXCLUYENTE ). Experiência previa en industria financiera/bancaria o de software de alto valor ( EXCLUYENTE ). Contar con networking dentro del rubro ( EXCLUYENTE ). Experiência en Ecosistema de Pagos y Servicios Financieros (Deseable). Manejo de herramientas de gestión: CRM (Salesforce desable). Haber trabajado a nível regional (Deseable). Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Comercialización, Economía, IT o similares (Deseable)
Buscamos perfiles con fuertes habilidades de negociación y gestión de estrategias comerciales, con un alto sentido de la responsabilidad, autonomía, iniciativa y proactividad para la generación y mantenimiento de negocios. Que posean un excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales y tener una clara orientación al cliente y a los resultados.
**Condiciones**: Relación de dependencia directa con la empresa. Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9hs a 18hs. Modalidad: Hibrida 4x1 (4 dias oficina o visitando clientes x 1 homeoffice). Lugar: Microcentro, CABA.
